Warren House of Pizza

Management needs additional training. My food was never made and I was told it was sent to a different table. The restaurant had a total of 5 tables occupied. The truth is the food was never made. Instead of rectifying the situation, Mauricio made it worse.I asked for him to call me in an attempt to explain how to better handle the situation. He refused. I did speak with Mariaseveral times, who was kind and understanding. I did not try the food, but I would not attempt to dine here again based on thepoor handing of my initial situation. Hopefully someone who has say in the business will see this review and get Mauricioeducated on customer service and proper business management.

The owner, Maria, is often rude to the customers. Some of the food is good, and some is not so good, but the prices are fairly low. However, they nickel-and-dime the customers on small things. If you want American cheese instead of provolone on your sandwich, it’s an extra charge. If you want BBQ sauce instead of ketchup, it’s an extra charge. They don’t use real mozzarella cheese on the pizza. But it’s the rude behavior of the owner that will eventually put you off the restaurant.

First time here and placed a ?to go? order. I love BBQ Chicken pizza and this one was very good. Just chicken, barbecue sauce, and cheese? Just the way I like it without onions or cilantro. Nice amount of toppings, crust was golden brown and crispy butnot burnt. Also got the baked mac cheese? tasty. Will go back.

Who makes wings like this? I drove all the way from Providence because they used to be good. This is just musch I can't even eat. Absolutely the worst wings I have ever had.. see photo. It's not spegetti Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent pizza! Server by some of the friendliest staff around. The owner came out to greet us and checked on us after we received our meals.
