Having observed a general decline in sushi quality in our area, we decided to stop by Wasabi in Larchmont, NY, while passing through the village. I ordered a combination sushi and sashimi meal, but was disappointed to find the sashimi was soft and lacked flavor. The sushi was similarly bland and indistinguishable in taste. To add to my disappointment, the portion size was quite large! Unfortunately, my experience at Wasabi only reinforced the notion that the quality of fish at local sushi restaurants is on the decline.
This was a nice Asian restaurant. I ordered Pad Thai and some other iconic Asian food. I was also with some other relatives or friends. It took about 5 minutes for most of the food to arrive so good service on that. The lady that owned or worked at that place was great or the customer service was great. Restaurants are mediocre not the cleanest but not run down dirty. The stay here was great but won't give it 5 star.
I have had nothing but great experiences at this place so I was surprised to see one or two of the postings here. The food has always been completely fresh, the staff courteous, and whether I have come here alone or with a large party and service has been wonderful. Hans and his sushi chefs do a great job and the atmosphere has been warm and welcoming whenever I have been there.
The food here is good and reasonably priced. I ordered the General Tso's tofu, two sushi rolls, and a soup, all for around $40. It seems they've made some slight updates to their menu, but many of the classic dishes are still available. For vegetarians, there are plenty of options featuring tofu and vegetables to choose from.

My family and I have been dining here for over six years. The food is consistently fresh, especially the sushi. The staff is friendly, and the place is always clean. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of great sushi. Even though we moved to Jersey about four years ago, we still make the trip here.
I visit this place frequently, and whenever I have the chance to order or eat here, I definitely will! The staff is incredibly friendly as well! The fried ice cream is amazing, and the salmon cucumber rolls are fantastic too!
Our men's group will be returning to Wasabi for lunch today, after a long pause due to Covid, and we expect to meet there substantially every week. Food, service and prices are all terrific!
I ended up throwing up everything right after eating here. It was absolutely disgusting. This place is an insult to Asian cuisine and to quality, healthy food in general. Never again!

Not children friendly. 2 years old was playing with stick for 2 minutes. Waitress went directly to child and told him that he needs to quiet down lol
