[Update: after posting, the owner of the venue got in touch to apologise for the handling of the situation. This showed great customer awareness and desire to address this lapse in their service. Had a bad experience here with my daughter. We ordered a burger and steak, both came out pretty cold. (They were served on cold plates, can't have helped. Sent them back, waited 10 minutes, they returned cold, again. Sent them back, were told they couldn't heat them up without overcooking them so what we would like to do? The dining experience felt rushed, not worth coming for any special occasions. 1. They encouraged us multiple times to finish off our plate so they can take it away. 2. Fantastic restaurant with excellent service! They were accommodating and moved chairs around to ensure our baby had enough space at the table. The trout was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Overall, we would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. Our meal was for dinner and we dined in.

The fish and chips were pretty good, and the tiramisu for dessert was delightful. The service was excellent, and overall the atmosphere was pleasant. My meal was a dinner, and I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at a 5 out of 5.
