I typically enjoy the wraps and dinner plates at this restaurant, but today I ordered the fries, and they were absolutely dreadful. They were only partially cooked, lacked any crunch, and were worse than soggy. I strongly advise against ordering the fries from Watan, as it seems they’re not putting in the effort to improve them. It’s simply not worth it unless they make some changes. I don’t blame the delivery service; I've had great fries from other places even when delivered in a box. I’m genuinely disappointed with the quality of these fries. Paying almost six dollars for undercooked potatoes? They really need to do better!

Wow, all I can say is I was pleasantly surprised by their food. It was my first time dining here, and I was immediately impressed by the portion size of their food. The food we got was vast and decent. We went this time with six people, andeveryone got a large portion of delicious food. I ordered the lamb shank dinner, which was tender, juicy and very, verydelicious. Their rice and bread were also delicious, and I especially liked the white sauce, which was delicious with thebread. Their desserts were tasty, and the servers were very kind and friendly. This restaurant is my favourite restaurant inMississauga, for 100

I truly hope Watab Kabob opens a location in downtown Toronto after my visit! The Watan lamb shank dinner features incredibly tender and delicious lamb shank. The rice, which is served with raisins and carrots, is enjoyable, though not the best I’ve ever had. The tandoori fish is bursting with flavor and has a gentle spice—definitely best paired with rice. I couldn't get enough of the firnee, the house-made milk pudding. It has a rich, smooth, and creamy texture, topped with a delightful layer of “skin.” I absolutely loved it!

"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant for iftar yesterday! They treated us to complimentary dates, Rooh Afza, and soup to break our fast, which was a lovely touch. Despite the restaurant being full, our food was fresh, hot, and served on time. I was also pleased to hear the Azaan and find a prayer room available for women. Great job, Watan! I'm truly impressed. I often hesitate to go out for iftar due to the lack of prayer facilities and organization, but this place exceeded my expectations!" Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordering takeout from this restaurant is incredibly efficient! You can either call ahead or place your order online, and your food will be ready in just 15-20 minutes. Everything is neatly packaged, and they include plenty of sauces! The lamb shank is wonderfully tender and packed with flavor. The tandoori chicken is a bit on the dry side, but it's well-seasoned and comes in generous, satisfying portions. I'm looking forward to trying some desserts and specialty drinks on my next visit!

Spacious, big Watan Kabob. Interior is beautiful. Staff were pretty busy handling decent sized crowd and they were doing good job. One suggestion would be, to manage customers in a more organized fashion. It was little crazy people dining in, folks just picking up takeout and everything else going on. Food is always very tasty and it's very satisfying that they maintain the taste standard across different stores.

Delicious Food. Restaurant quality food with fast food service. Very generous portions with a side of bread to make sure you're filled by the end of your meal. I had the lamb dinner. Cooked well, about 5 peices, bone-in. Friend of mine had the tandoori chicken. Recommend both. Tried the Kofta kabob dinner previously, and I wasn't a fan of the meat. Overall, great food and great experience.

Over all it is a good restaurant. You just serve yourself. The quality is very good and the quantity is more than enough. I ordered the Sultani meal but the Filet Mignon was not soft and was chewing. All dinner meals are served with naan which is freshand amazing. I suggest to avoid any meal with Filet Mignon. There is outside patio which we missed. Reserva una mesa ahora

Watan Kabob is an Afghan restaurant and definitely one of the best in town. The quality and quantity of the food are excellent. I highly recommend trying it, especially if you're in the mood for fresh and authentic Afghan cuisine. It's a definite thumbs up!
