Ordered the new lemon chicken meal ith spicy rice coleslaw chips andside salad and i was given just chicken and chips, there was no coleslaw left and no side salad, just plain old chicken and chips with a spicy salt on chips. I have been here lots of times and was shocked after not been this year, dirty filthy place, slovenly waitress who left dishes on table and walked past many times, flies wer flying around the table, meal was vile and disgusting and told them and was offered a fre dessert....no thnk you i dont eat dessert, i wasnt complaining for a freebie, full of drunken old men smoking, ill never come here again and would not recommend it for anyone either, revamp is needed and new ca...

Friday early evening and it was a bear pit but we needed sustenance before the theatre and there were few places open so we ordered a bottle of Sauvignon and two burgers with Brie and pigs in blankets. The wine arrived and we were asked if we wanted glasses Sherlock Holmes had nothing on this guy!! The burgers arrived with cutlery wrapped in one napkin and we had to ask where the condiments were. The salt came in in one large plastic dispenser that you would find in a kitchen. Visiting family in Prescot, and suggested to meet up at the watch maker. Arrived just after 4.30pm Thursday 26th. Plenty of tables, available.Table we sat as was clean. Ordered drinks via the app, which arrived quickly. Just after 5pm, pub started to get busy, and we decided to order food. However the wifi failed to connect, so had to go to the bar to place my order. A lot of other people having to do the same. Staff admitted wifi a bit hit and miss around the building. Food was delivered again quickly to our table and we had no complaints about our food or service provided. Please Tim, get the wifi sorted, so we can continue to use this excellent app.

After a long wait, grilled chicken was served cold. It was returned and replaced and this time the chips were scaldingly hot but the grilled chicken still only warm. This branch clearly has little understanding of how to properly heat food even when it is pointed out to them. Best avoided. Reserva una mesa ahora

Wetherspoons is what it is. A standard blueprint. This place however is constantly behind in cleaning tables, and for a large facility always has one of only two drinks machines playing up, so we spend most of our family time with someone stood waiting in a line.

We regularly call in for a drink or two when passing through Prescot of a weekend. There is generally a lot of families, a good atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. The beers are kept well and the bottles in the fridge are always cold.

Really busy at 5.30pm. Disappointed that they had no Abbot Ale and no Doom Bar, surely their signature low-cost pints. Had a decent curry and fish n Chips with ultra fast service. Couples were using downstairs disabled loo rather openly.

Regular here and on the whole food ok and value for money! However this night I ordered the katsu chicken and it was vile! Just an overcooked breast of chicken horrible chippy curry and boiled rice ugh Reserva una mesa ahora

Great breakfast as always. Staff friendly and always make you feel welcome App is easy to use aswell and food was sent quickly and hot and fresh

We go there most Thursday’s and Luke who works there is so friendly. He always makes us feel welcome. He’s a blessing to your pub.
