the staff worked out their youngs, but something went terrible wrong. who has worked out the system has made a bad job. we waited for over 2 hours on our net. People near us waited for almost 3 hours for their escape while others were receiving their main and desserts at the same time. the glass wee in the package included not prosecco or sparkling (on Christmas day! and the offered white wine sat only on a table (not in an ice cup so that it was warm! the waiters served with their heads! means that they eat and drink to a table and go. without 4 tables around them, we try to get their attention. have the menu for Christmas. very willing to make confessions, as it is difficult to find personal in these covid times, but the service was funny bad. huge waiting times between courses that would not have been so much of a problem if we could order drinks. they had not made my reservation on their system and a table next to the kitchen. they have been underoccupied and the entire service we have just experienced that the people come into the kitchen and complain to the manager. the portion sizes were ridiculously small, not to mention my main was almost unusable because of the amount of salt they had placed in the sauce.

Where do I start, 2 1/2 hours wait for meals and when they finally arrived they were cold, not warm COLD. Can’t complain about the service as there was none, 40 minutes to get a drink after arriving. Would never recommend, would prefer to eat at McDonalds!
