Please don’t eat at Watergardens Hotel Bistro. I booked a table to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday and my family were basically harassed and bullied by the below standard customers they let in the venue. I had 13 guests and spend $800 in 1 hour for food and drink and it wasn’t worth the money. My daughter sat there in tears the whole time. We couldn’t even finish our meal and were told to leave at 8.20. This place is so unprofessional, it’s below standard disgusting venue, I even found hair in my food! I have left number message to speak to the owner and the owner who goes by the name of Tom won’t even call to apologise. A+ Absolutely fantastic, now this is an all you can eat place well worth the money, this place was far beyond my expectations, Very warm welcoming staff upon entering, everything was bright clean, food tasted fresh great. Highly recommended for friends, family outings gatherings. Well done guys, keep up the good work. Always a delightful experience, whether an occasion, or an easy meal for two. Traditional roasted meat and vegetables, variety of beautiful slow cooked meals, multi cultural favourites, all the desired extras/starters and dessert for all tastes.
