I was very dissatisfied with the service. I understand it was busy, but the bartender/server went several times from me and told me no word. She finally recognized me when I didn't take her in the eyes and finally reacted and everything I wanted to start was a beer and a menu, and that was obviously too much for her. I waited for them five minutes to get me a menu while other people came to me, and she went straight to them and gave them service. After all, another 5 minutes had passed and she had not yet come to get my order, so I just said how much is the beer so I could pay and go. Basically, she told me because I was just a person and not a group of people who was my business?t important...
This place is great! The food is ALWAYS delicious, the bartenders are some of the best I've ever had, the specials are awesome, and it is attached to a liquor store. The place just opened back up because it was closed from day 1 through Covid, and I couldn't be happier. Max capacity is down, so it can't get as packed as it used too, but if I want to go somewhere for good food, cold beer, and excellent staff...it's here at Waterman's. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!
We recently moved to Edgewater, and Waterman?s helped make Edgewater feel like our home. The staff is great. If it's a slower day, I feel like me? The food is incredible (the beach Burrito is incredible) and they have a wide selection of beer! And the prices are great and make it easy to go there often! Thanks for Waterman being a great place.
