I was so excited to be staying at this 4 diamond resort! Let me start by saying that I am NOT an unseasoned traveler. I've traveled the world and know the level of comfort and luxury that comes with an upscale hotel or resort. That being said, this is the reason I booked this resort due to its stellar reputation as being one of Myrtle Beach's top luxury vacation spots. Sadly, what we were given as a room was beyond disappointing and disgusting. I was in shock. the area was beautiful and well maintained for the perfect photo possibilities. the lobby atmosphere was beautiful and extremely welcoming. as well, the staff was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. the free valet was also a beautiful surprise! the room was very clean and the bed so comfortable I wanted to take it home. we also have a delicious Charcuterie board with a bottle of wine to enjoy the magnificent view of our balcony. the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect and clean. the restaurant waterscape was elegant and the food was very delicious! I will recommend staying here to my family and friends.
We hadn't been to this hotel since 2017, and it did not disappoint during our last vacation either! Everything was just like we remembered, but better now that the kids have grown and could enjoy more. We loved the pool, where we spent most of our time, the private beach and shuttle is perfect, and loved the wait staff for breakfast each morning, extremely friendly. Oh, and our 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom is exactly what our family of four needed for the week. Can't wait to come back in future years!
The staff was friendly and the service was great. My waterfront view was awesome! However, the upholstered chairs and the curtains/drapery was dirty. The bottom right corner of the shower had mold growing behind the silicone sealant. This was disappointing because based on the high end price point of this hotel all my expectations was not met.

Excellent service, my boyfriend and I stayed two nights at Marina Inn. The workers were friendly, the room was neat and clean, and the view from the balcony was very nice. They offered lovely breakfast and dinner and free shelter on the beach.
Enjoyed our time there! Loved the room and the service was great! The staff was very helpful from check in to helping us with a last minute stay over. The room could use some updating of furniture. Great stay!
