While the food and service were good, I was disappointed that the restaurant had not kept track of any of the reservations that were made on OpenTable for Easter Sunday. While were were accommodated with an outdoor table, I would expect that there would be more communication between OpenTable and the restaurant so that a table could not be reserved if it was unavailable or if the restaurant was not planning to seat people at certain times. I've never had an issue like this with any other reservation I've made on OpenTable.
opentable allowed us to make reservations for a Sunday afternoon (birth day) at 14:00 o'clock, but when we arrived at 13:00 o'clock, we found that the restaurant was not open until 16:00 o'clock and of course, if we tried to find a reservation for 16:00 o'clock or 17:00 o'clock or 18:00 o'clock on the same evening, open table frame could not find any open tables for this restaurant within 2.5 this time.
I made the reservation for Waterside Restaurant without having been there previously. I didn't know it was on the ground floor of the Sheraton, which is hidden behind some other buildings. My colleagues I were the only diners in the restaurant, and I would have expected better service. It wasn't BAD service, just not very attentive. The meal was ok; standard hotel fare.
Good food for not allot of money. This was actually the first time I had eaten at one of these. It was clean and the staff were pleasant. Sunday style buffet with different types of beans and toppings. Very filling, very healthy and pretty cheap. What's not to like?

Great restaurant. It helped having this option instead of trying to go out to find dinner lunch. Prices reasonable. Staff great. Food really really tasty. Bartender did a fantastic job. Beautiful layout and atmosphere.
we had a beautiful window table with a beautiful view of the lake. server was very attentive and eating was delicious. beautiful atmosphere, we could sit and chat and catch up.
This restaurant is a stunning location to enjoy a special brunch! The price is definitely worth it and the service is outstanding.
Brunch selection was excellent. beautiful location with view of the sea. service was easy. decent price for Sunday brunch.

Bad service. Too slow. Bad food. Sauce was bad for linguini.
Crab cakes were a little small but the food was great.
