Waves Coffee House- Garrison Village

I went in with my girlfriend to get an iced Matcha and an iced white mocha. Both drinks were made hot, even though the screen clearly read iced. when my girlfriends matcha was made hot, we asked her to remake it and told her that both of the drinks were iced. And then when my white mocha was made hot, she did not offer to remake it, and just stood there and said sorry, while cleaning the machine. I am very disappointed that this girl didn’t know how to read the screen or even offer to remake either without being told to do so. i am already paying so much for drinks I should be able to get the drink I ordered without asking multiple times. i didn’t even want my white mocha remade but i should...

Drinks are good. However it is obvious there is no screening for maturity level or training in customer service. One girl was taking my order, chewing gum on shift which I find very unprofessional. They are not very personable and impatient to someone who has never been there before. I am sorry but Starbucks is my standard for customer service. They need some better coaching.

Got a order from skip the dishes and the bag wasn’t sealed, the drink wasn’t want I ordered, the lemon loaf was dry and disgusting and that’s not the worst, my cookie was have missing and they forgot a whole item. Now I’m not sure if it was the skip driver or not but regardless they bag should have been sealed. Don’t waste you time or money going here.

I always have a good coffee when I go to waves! I tried the chocolate mocha and was it ever good! Made with real chocolate, you pick, white, dark or milk. Definitely going back for that drink!! Very clean place and friendly staff!

Nov 13 first they did not have soap in the washroom so that I can wash my hands.Then I ordered a black coffee and lemon loaf cake which was horrible dry and old yak....waste $7 and waste my precious time.....Never again

Great coffee and lattes, baked goods and more, nestled in the heart of Garrison Village. Outdoor and indoor seating with beautiful mountain views, friendly staff and great service. My favorite place for an Americano

So slow! No one here and we’ve been waiting 10 minutes for a latte. No atmosphere needs a different paint color and some art work.
