Night crew at 10pm, Aug 13 was perfect. Methodical accurate. I don't like it when food servers are too rushed and look like they are tossing the food together. Despite being clearly understaffed by the corporation, this food prep team, especially the Black lady with the hat and braids on drink prep, performed perfectly. The only thing that could be done better is if Wawa corporate gave them more staff. Edit Sept 30, 2024: Elder Black man made me this wonderful meal after Wawa ran him his team out of ingredients. The staff here is very underpaid.
This location is a complete disgrace, i ordered a cup of chili after waiting 20 minutes, i asked the server where my order was, she then started arguing with me telling me she already handed it to me, acting like i was trying to steal a cup of dam chili, then made me wait another ten minutes while management rolled back the cameras to see uf i stole a cup of ridiculous chili before they would complete my order hey WAWA is this because im white? I spend thousands of dollars a year in this place to be treated this way????
Pay your employees more because they clearly don't care about providing good service. If you can't redeem rewards at self check out, maybe have the self check out say that. Maybe if an order has to be suspended and retrieved with a cashier, teach the cashier how to do that. Maybe don't have customers wait in line twice and have the manager just come to self check out to clear the error and not actually help the customer. Horrible service!
I literally love this Wawa the staff is always very pleasant especially Mikehe’s the reason I enjoy coming to this Wawa I know that on holidays like Easter he dresses up like the Easter bunny for the children he always put a smile on me my family faces Thank you Mike for all you do. Store manager, Tanika is the most grateful and openhearted person I met? I asked her to donate bags of ice to our football team in the community. She did not hesitate to let me get bags of ice as a donation.
