I recently placed and ordered for sandwiches the entire order was wrong I ordered a honey turkey, they gave me a turkey pepperoni sandwich, the other sandwich, none of the garnishes I requested was on the sub. They are terrible with makinghoagies. what'd the use in placing the order on machine or selecting it online if they are not going to read it? They said itwas Uber eats fault. I said they deliver they don't make the sandwich its not there fault.
I use to have negative feeling for this Wawa, but overall it looks like things improved. This one kid (seen him work there a few years now, don't remember his name but it might be Tyler) was super busy helped a lady with the lottery machine, putting together a GrubHub AND managed to run to the register to cash out customer in like 2 minutes. I like to call that fast and friendly customer service.
At Wawa, the pulps arrived cold, and the staff appeared uninterested in addressing my concerns. Their unfriendly attitude made me question if this reflects the overall approach of the restaurant. The pretzels on the menu should have been served hot or, at the very least, priced lower if served cold. Such service is unacceptable!
All Wawa's mostly consistent, good quality, pricing fair on most items. But often, I stop in for QUICK food (ie. Soup, pre-made hot bagel sandwich) at 1pm NONE stocked or in ovens!?! I'm told they will now make with a wait defeating the purpose... Very FRUSTRATING. Reserva una mesa ahora
Very cold pretzels and refused to hear them up. Staff is unfriendly but wonder if systematic from the organization itself. My pretzels should be hot or give me a lower price. You cannot act like it?s the same pretzel. It?s not!
The place is cool the place is neat clean you're in and you're out they work pretty fast they got more than one but just to open when it's busy they also got gas station other than that yeah I recommend somebody to go there
The restaurant offers everything I typically look for. The parking lot isn’t the best, but that’s true for most Wawa locations.
I went there just asking for ice. Simple question became a big thing ....the other associate very rude. I will not go back . Reserva una mesa ahora
