When I visited Wawa, I found one bathroom stall had no toilet paper and the other wouldn't open, possibly jammed. I asked the front desk attendant for some toilet paper, and he sent a young woman to refill it. As I thanked her, she responded with an attitude, saying there was toilet paper in the other stall. One of the employees had their pants halfway down, with their underwear showing, and was wearing a T-shirt tied up around their chest, exposing their belly. I wish I could rate this place zero stars. The Caramel Macchiato tasted like stale water. When I asked the staff if they could remake it, the employee responded aggressively and told me to reorder. After placing my new order, I left the ticket on the counter by him, in case he wanted to check it again. Instead, he grabbed the ticket from my hand and threw it into the basket. His rudeness was unbelievable—by far the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. I will not be returning!
