About six years ago, I had a negative experience at Wawa involving Vice Manager Lauren and her sister. When I was at the register, I asked to use the bathroom, but Lauren kept telling me to wait, even though I was alone at the register. Their behavior made my experience, and others', quite unpleasant for no apparent reason. I truly hope that Wawa has since addressed bullying in their workplace, and that those responsible have since lost their jobs. At the time, Martin was the manager, and while he was a nice person, he should have taken action when I brought this issue to his attention. I started visiting this store about two months ago, and since then, I've been coming back frequently for my sandwiches. The staff here are really friendly. The food preparation team works quickly and efficiently, and the subs are fantastic—especially the Italian on toasted bread. One of the cashiers, Alexis, is very professional; she manages the checkout area like a manager would. I always choose her line when it’s busy because she knows where everything is, can ring you up quickly, and always has a positive attitude towards customers. I highly recommend this Wawa if you’re new to the area. Additionally, the store is very clean, which is a huge plus for me.

Instead, she only gave me $1 and then turned her attention to the customer behind me. I left without saying anything because I was in a hurry. The issue for me isn't just the amount but the way she kept my change as if it belonged to her. That money wasn't for the store's register; it was going into her pocket as a tip. If I wanted to tip her, I would have done so. There's no need to discreetly take people's money like that.

I believe this is the same person mentioned in previous reviews, named Rashell. Her overall demeanor was very negative; it was clear that she didn't want to be there, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. She avoided making eye contact and seemed reluctant to even hand over my receipt.

I ordered my sandwich/drink quickly and proceeded to check out where I encountered an unpleasant cashier (I?m assumingthis is the one everybody is referring to in the previous reviews her name is Rashell) her whole aura is so negative you cantell she doesn?t want to be there and it can really make somebody feel uncomfortable, she doesn?t make eye contact and barelywants to hand you your receipt.

There must be a way to enhance your online pickup process. This is the fourth time I've encountered issues with online ordering. First, the app let me purchase oatmeal that was unavailable, and I drove all the way from Wayne for it. On each of the other occasions, my order wasn’t ready or wasn’t located where it was supposed to be. The whole point of online ordering is to reduce wait times, but my orders not being ready make me run behind schedule.
Fountain soda awful especially the Diet Coke selections do not taste like a Coke beverage at all. I can?t even say seltzer water because that would have a better taste. Very disappointed because I keep thinking they are going to fix but have not inweeks.

Convenient Wawa and gas station located right off the highway. You can get hot sandwiches and coffee. And pre-made food as well. They have a nice bathroom. With 3 stalls in the women's bathroom. There is only 1 stall in the men's bathroom, and urinals
Older wawa not as clean as around my area but should be okay over all. My club sandwich was rolled up instead of folded, it was a mess when I opened it. Coffee was great ?
