NOW THIS IS THE WAWA YOU NEED TO GO TO! Excellent customer service. Very kind and helpful.. AND.....I 'm about to give you a two beverages you will ABSOLUTELY LOVE!! The first, feelin fruity and need a refresher?? Try the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher (I usually get it without Green Tea) and ask for extra Dragonfruit...and it 's OMG, Amazing!! The Second, if you 're a coffee lover, forget Starbucks and save yourself like $3 dollars...Try the Large Salted Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot of espresso, whole milk (or you can choose what you like) whipped cream, with caramel drizzle and voila!! PERFECTION? Best WAWA around and take a look at these tasty beverages ? 5? 's.... ALL DAY NO BRAINER...
The food at your restaurant is good, but I had a disappointing experience with your staff member, Dorothy. We had just placed our order and were talking about the smoothies when she insisted that we pay for them again because they didn't show up on the screen. However, I had already received and paid for them. When I tried to clarify, she seemed annoyed and made insulting remarks, saying something derogatory about us being Filipinos. It's frustrating, especially since we're regulars at this location and we were ordering from a new branch. I don’t understand why she would treat us this way. It’s really unacceptable! Please address this issue.
I stopped by Wawa for dinner around 7pm after work, only to find the menu lacking—no mac and cheese, no chicken, no smoothies, basically everything was unavailable at dinner time. On top of that, I waited nearly an hour for a simple ham and cheese hoagie. The quality at Wawa has declined rapidly. I’d recommend heading to the Wawa on River Road past Paterson instead, where the menu is more complete, the service is much better, and the parking lot isn’t crowded with hot rods or street racers.
Wawa used to be a fantastic spot, but sadly it has declined like many other places across America. The staff are often rude and appear unhappy, wait times are excessively long, and both the food quality and portion sizes have been scaled back to save money. It’s really disappointing. Additionally, I don’t understand the decision to add electric charging stations to an already overcrowded parking lot. Clever move. It feels like they’re not interested in accommodating their customers.

Came in for some food after work at around 7pm. No Mac n cheese, no chicken, no smoothies, JUST EVERYTHING OUT AT DINNER TIME. Not to mention waiting nearly an hour for a classic ham and cheese hoagie. This place has lost quality fast, should just take the time to go to the Wawa on river road past Paterson. Much better service and 0 hot rods or street racers clogging up the parking lot
Let me be honest. The food at Wawa is decent, but the wait times are incredibly long. I waited nearly 25 minutes just to get my 4-inch sandwich. They also skipped people in line and charged me extra for a fountain drink, which was frustrating. I might return for the drinks, but definitely not for the food. Overall, I’d skip it.
Very disappointed that there was no employee available to make smoothies tonight so therefore no drinks were being made this whole shift. It was super messy on the floor but within like 10 minutes someone came and swept it. They also ran out of pepper jack cheese and some other stuff.
Let me tell you. The food is good and everything. But if you order something. You take FOREVER. I was just waiting 25 minutes to get my 4 inch sand. They skipped people and accused me of drinking EXTRA for a well. Come on. I'm going back to bed, but I'm not going to WAREN. Forget it.

Placed and order on Uber(a sundae) and according to them they did not receive the order, just gave the driver a hard time and guess what? The drink never arrived. I end up canceling the order. The only good thing about this gas station is the free air
That was the best Wawa I have ever visited! They had a dedicated coffee bar and a wide variety of dishes at the central kiosk. I ordered a sandwich made by the staff, and it was absolutely amazing.
