Recently, I broke my ribs and was in considerable discomfort, so I couldn't manage to carry two six-packs of water as I normally would. He noticed my struggle and, without hesitation, offered to help carry them to my car. His consideration for my situation made a significant impact on my day, especially given that it has been a tough week for me. What stood out the most was that he recognized me as more than just a customer at the end of his shift. He took the time to see me as a person, and that small gesture really brightened my day. I go to this Wawa everyday (literally). I like their French Vanilla coffee and sizzlis. I have never been disappointed by their service, food, quality or anything. Employees are extremely friendly which I personally like. Some of them even know my name. Clean and organized shelves. Despite of being extremely busy during morning office hours, they still manage it so well. I like their staff's efficiency and quick service. The best thing I like about this store is that as soon as their coffee dispensing containers go low, they immediately brew fresh coffee and it's ready for a refill. Funny it was like a stare down. Little redhead curly sue (no personality) 1st she couldn't understand what a New Port Box was.. No personality, No customer service. No can I help you have a nice day nothing. Not even a thank you where do they get these unprofessional people from. . just basically stared me down so I did the same. I live 2 specs away I rather drive the extra 2.2 secs rob the Wawa down the street where they have great customer service.. They should send redhead curly sue to a few customer relation classes. Or tell her retail isn't for her??

I visited the restaurant around 1:20 PM and had a disappointing experience. The bread was hard, and while dipping it in vinegar helped, I really missed having mayo. Instead of spinach, I received a salad, and my hoagie was never cut in half. They took a long time to bring out my wrong order, which was frustrating. It's not difficult to follow the instructions displayed on the screen. It seems like the staff might be better suited to a job pumping gas instead of making sandwiches. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered two nights in a row thru doordash and they forgot the main item both times, you would think they hire people that know how to read the orders correctly and send out what needs to be sent out, their careless mistakes make a convenient app like doordash completely inconvenient. Out of the 6000 wawas in jersey this has to be the worst one when it comes to food orders.

They do not seem able to correct the Tordash orders. This last time the food was missing, I only got the chips and teas and that wasn't even the right one I ordered. The bag I got was 1 out of 1 so there was no way for the driver to know that he didn't have everything.

Exercise caution with this Wawa location, as they do not change their gloves after using the restroom and cleaning stations. The staff may be friendly, but hygiene practices are a concern.
