I experienced rude service during my visit. While the store was well-stocked and everything else was fine, I had an issue at the counter with a male employee who had a beard, working at 3 PM on April 25, 2023. He complained about the brightness on my phone, despite us already adjusting the settings. He even grabbed my phone in an attempt to "make it work." I told him that other Wawa locations didn't have this issue with my device, but he continued to insist there was a problem that prevented me from earning my points. I was charged $2.50 for a cup that I brought in to refill. This establishment shows a lack of respect for veterans, disabled individuals, the homeless, and those struggling with addiction. Their priority seems to be maximizing charges on food stamp cards, leaving people with nothing while they eject customers who can't afford their prices. They also judge those who are less fortunate. This place lacks class and is solely focused on making money.
Customer service in the food department sucked. I ordered a buffalo chicken quesadillas and got a veggie quesadillas instead. And the workers were rude. Kept talking amongst themselves when I politely asked for my food. Now I can’t even eat my food because they made my order completely wrong. Idk how you get veggie out of buffalo chicken! And no one answers the phone when you call. Over all bad experience
I'm going to take a sh it in their parking lot if they don't open their bathrooms soon...it's been closed for cleaning for over an hour...how long does it take to clean a one stall bathroom...and why do they have to close it when people wake-up and goto work?? Does this place even have a manager...?

I really love Wawa for several reasons...their smoothies are awesome, their food is really good, and I smoke cigarettes and they're cheaper here than anywhere else I've found. I come here for my gas, cigarettes, and occasionally to get a bite to eat or something to drink. It's my favorite store!
A lot of the employees look like they're on some type of drugs. So many homeless people hang out there. At night it looks like a drug hole. Many suspicious characters just hanging around. Makes it uncomfortable for shoppers such as myself.
I usually love wawa but I just bought a Buffalo chicken wrap and found that it barely had any chicken in it. Now I understand meat is getting expensive but if I wanted a veggie wrap I would have bought one. Deeply disappointed.
The food at Wawa is typical of what you'd expect, but it's unfortunate that you can't enjoy dining outside because of the homeless individuals lingering and smoking in the area.
