So I have to say I LOVE their burgers. But the diamond Ave location needs to have a training session with their front counter employees on customer service. Everytime I go inside they are stone faced unemotional and don’t act like they want to be there. Tonight was the worst experience. I waited 10 min for him to acknowledge I was at the counter. I finally grabbed a chair and sat down in front of the register. I was tired of standing. When he finally came to take my order there wasn’t even an apology or anything. I continued to sit and take my time ordering just to annoying him back. And then there is a young child working behind the counter that barely looked like he was 12 years old. Aren’...
Walked in to place an order around 8pm after deciding against going all the way out east for Five Guys. Big mistake! The diamond Ave location has some serious work to do in customer service. From the moment I walked in the male employee behind the counter was completely stone faced, visibly annoyed and seemed incredibly put out having to say a single word to me. In fact, he didn’t say anything the entire time except for a disgruntled 3 word response to my question about fry sizes. Felt both unwelcome and unappreciated for the $30+ dollars I had just spent. Fortunately, the food tasted just fine but it simply wasn’t enough to overcome the awkward and uncomfortable experience.
I'm not sure who the manager is, but I saw one of them rushing across the street to Dollar General after putting a bag of weed in the trunk of their car. I won't be eating here again.
Despite the long wait for our food (about 20 minutes), the food was fresh, hot, and in large portions. There are also a variety of drink options to choose from.

First time here. I work in Evansville sometimes and was looking for a good burger. Nailed it. Had the classic and fries. Hot, fresh, and tasty. Thank you!

The burgers are fantastic, and my absolute favorite is the cinnamon toast milkshake.
Had the cheesesteak- was super tasty. everyone was friendly including the owner!
