the weingut aust offers not only very good Saxon wine from its own production, there are also exceptionally innovative foods. a top cook is not necessarily expected here in the radebeuler weinbergen, but you can find it here. a small menu of excellent dishes offers cookery of finer kind.To this the really very good weine of the house, that is already worth a detour!The staff is attentive and very friendly, the chef an extraordinary host. unconditional recommendation!
it was a great choice to reserve a table in this tiny place. our host not only welcomed us nicely, but also asked about our wine preferences. we drank only the wee whom he recommended, and it was a fabulous idea. we even went back the next day to cost more. even though the menu was small (we had known that before), it was delicious. the homemade brot was warm and everything we needed with the wine. we'll be back!

this is a great wine tasting place in the large Saxon wine growing region. they can arrive with the car or with the old steam train. if they don't enjoy wine, there is always coffee available. nothing beats presentation of mr. aust
