Heute waren wir mit dem Muttertags Menü nicht zufrieden. Der auf der Speisekarte angekündigte bunte Spargel zum Perlhuhn entpuppte sich als verkochtes weißes Spargelgemüse und verkochten zwei dünne grüne Spargel. Das Kartoffelgratin war geschmacklos. Ferner fanden wir den Aufpreis vom 3 zum 4 Gang Menü mit einer Suppe zum Preis von Euro 9, in dieser Höhe nicht gerechtfertigt. Insgesamt waren die Euro 50, bzw. Euro 59, für dieses Menü nicht gerechtfertig. Auch der Nachtisch mit einer Dreiviertel geteilen Erdbeere und 2 Blaubeerchen mit einem Kügelchen Sorbet war mehr als übersichtlich. Sehr schönes Lokal mit gemütlichem Innenhof. Wir haben hier im Hotel 3 Tage übernachtet und an einem Abend auch einen Tisch im Restaurant gebucht.Die Vorspeise: Flusskrebssalat mit Äpfeln und Orange ist sehr fein, lecker und absolut empfehlenswert.Hauptspeise: Kalbstafelspitz mit Wasabi Soße, Kartoffelpüree und Gemüse, leider nicht meinen Geschmack getroffen. Bei fast Euro 30,00 erwartet man frisches Gemüse und nicht tiefgefrorenes. Das war leider sehr enttäuschend.Das zweite Hauptgericht: Cordonbléu mit Karotten und Kartoffeln Gratin war wiederum lecker und frisch.Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend , allerdings wartet man sehr lange bis jemand kommt und man muss aktiv auf sich aufme...

Sehr schönes Ambiente, Essen sehr lecker. Wer günstig will, braucht da nicht hin, da es ein gehobenes Lokal ist. Ich persönlich finde, es ist ein kleines Juwel. Alle Sterne gibt es jedoch nicht, da der Restaurantleiter noch lernen darf, wie er mit Gästen umgeht. Das Thema ist bekannt und muss hier nicht erläutert werden.
