Visited today as we had heard the beer and food were good. What a disappointment, very few beers on offer, they said they had sold out of the one my partner wanted. The waitress was neither friendly or helpful. We decided to try the schnitzel...to eat. My partner ordered the schnitzel with 2 fried eggs. The eggs had been cooked for so long that the white was black underneath and the yolk was solid, the schnitzel had also been overcooked and was very dark and dry, cooked previously and reheated in a microwave, the chips were not freshly cooked either. I ordered schnitzel with a mushroom sauce, the sauce was extremely salty and not very pleasant to eat. We asked for vinegar for our chips and w...

weinhaus vogel was a great tavern of my twin brother stepping and daring as we walk around this part of the city and what a great sound. too foot and I knew that I would enjoy my visit here, a traditional authentic German look, wood-panelled walls, exposed. grill work, there is a noticeable beservable and some beautiful decorative features such as the huge weeves built in the walls, there are also many sitting possibilities in this tavern, it is a great place to relax. we were here on Thursday afternoon, a passing babe has two gaffel kölsch beer stored on our table and how the norm in this part of Germany marked our beer mat with two pencil teeth to show how many we had drunk, we simply cool...

I was sold weeping. after that the kitchen was closed. I said, okay and wanted to pay this 3.40 drink with 10 euro bill. I have 5 back. I asked the rest and she forgot English total than give 2 and. I gave back one. I was lucky when people left the mice. two. the main point is that if they do not know, German avoid. don't like you and make you funny, and maybe they'll avoid the kitchen and be careful when they pay. Otherwise, a good experience could be interesting.

Weinhaus Vogel is a neighborhood pub that serves both decent German wine and local Kölsch beer. Guests are locals and mixed, don’t expect a tourist experience as in the Brauhaus near the cathedral. This is the real deal. Food comes in big portions and decent...quality. Staff is friendly and speaks English. If you want to experience typical Cologne local pub atmosphere this is much better than the touristy Brauhäuser. Reserva una mesa ahora

we have read good reviews and we were not disappointed. the place looks very authentic and there were many locals. we were available in the small outdoor terrace with the last table. we had carving and half-roughing, both delicious and good. worth, with a meal for 2 with drinks for app 25 euro. place highly recommended!

The venue is located in the centre, in proximity of the main train station. Parking on the street is possible but not easy. They have an outside and an inside seating area. We sat outside in the small beer garden. They serve wine and beer....The food is cheap and simple. The service fast and charming.

An excellent local pub with its own beer and brilliant food. We had steak and chips with onions for €8.50 and a mixed grill for €9.90. Both with bowls of salad. Huge portions and well cooked. The excellently flavoured home brew in pottery steins is...only €3.70 for a half litre. Brilliant!

A jewel amongst Cologne bars. Typical interior, great atmosphere, local food and ice cold beer. A must go, you will not regret! Service is super, Steffi, our waitress was a true Koebes! Food quality very good! One of the few Koelsch Kneipen! Local, authentic and...true! Reserva una mesa ahora

I am not sure what really local style is, but It is very distinctive than I have felt in the UK. Foods is quite good and price is not expensive, but If you wanna have Germany pork, they just offe it at Friday.
