we were here for the second time today and again our expectations were exceeded. the service was top (hans, probably the junior of the house, served us.) the food was excellent: salad of season with goat cheese or salad with roasted turkey and fresh mushrooms. the salads were very fresh and well made, the goat cheese exactly at the point as well as the turkey. the dessert (not on the map, because constantly changing) we can only recommend. the great wine selection for every taste underlines this whole impression.

Top-class cuisine!!!!! It is led by mom and two daughters and I must say that I have already seen and eaten so many restaurants and hotels but never before, never have eaten such a delicious great food, that has really deserved!!! at least 2 Michelin stars,maybe you can please forgive those stars,please look past there!! An absolute must in Ebernburg!!!! Food drinks: Better not go!!!! Taste 1a Very lovingly dressed, many star carriers can cut off a slice!!!

very nice hotel, with a very good restaurant, you should reserve places in the restaurant. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds, not so large but completely sufficient. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5.
