Went there this Sunday with friends. We ordered mushroom filled raviolis with parmesan (home-made, filled with ceps) and a salad as a starter. The bread slection was also very nice. The raviolis are also available as main dish. I am not a big fan of mushrooms, but these raviolis were heavenly! the pasta cooked al dente, the filling perfectly spiced. The salad was - at first impression - huge, for a starter, but a great selection of diffrent salads, tomatoes, carrot salad, potato salad etc.For the main dish I chose a deer goulash with Spaetzle (potato pasta - traditional to Baden-Wuerttemberg area) and cranberry sauce. To celebrate my birthday, we invited a friendly couple from another city. We were all very positive about the newspaper article and had high expectations. These were only partially fulfilled. After the boss declared the card and received the order, he was not visible all night on our table. At the counter and at other tables already. No trace of personal atmosphere. After several visits I can only say: absolutely top! Best ingredients – well prepared with wonderful aromas. The boss is very knowledgeable about wine and has excellent bottles in the basement.
