"We stopped by chance and we had a nice table outside on the balcony upstairs. There were overhead heating rods and ceilings. We had fast courtesy service. The dishes were presented beautifully and generously. The menu was simple...but good. No complaints."

This bar/restaurant is located on the edge of the old town in an authentic old winery with cellars. It is a bit a tourist trap with its balcony and flaming torches. The menu is quite large so you can have a big meal or just something... easy. Many wines to choose as you can imagine. Service was fast and quite impersonal. A waiter spoke a local dialect that made it very difficult to understand what I thought for a tourist resort. Good food, quick service.
Food was average and overpriced. Service was not friendly at all. The waiter barely spoke to us and didn’t even say thank you after we paid our bill. He just took it and walked away. When we left he shouted cheap Swedish People. This was...the old waiter working in the groundfloor weinstube. We normaly go out and eat around 10 times/month. We have never experience nothing like this. We will never visit this place again.

As far as food, schnitzel was cooked nicely but that...was about it. We asked for mustard and they gave us packets of Heinz yellow mustard. This was for a place where the plates start at 15 euros and go up to 27+ euros.
here for lunch on a laune that has not read reviews, eat ordered and then read reviews that made me nervous. there was no need! the staff was efficient and friendly and eating very tastefully with good presentation. I had cold cuts of. beef, salad and brat potatoes. the bark was generous and full of taste. very good also. Look at it!
