Having discovered Weintraube when staying in Seekirchen in September 2014 when we had a great time thanks to owner Eva Worle and her team we made a point of returning during our latest visit to Austria.Staying in Seekirchen again - only a short train journey from Salzburg and 5 minute walk from our apartment we only had taste buds for Weintraube in town.The simple fact is that whilst we spent much of or time in Salzburg where there are many great restaurants; Eva is such a good host in what is an outstandingly we'll run establishment that we we compelled to return. We have visited Weintraube in Seekirchen numerous times, the first was when visiting friends in the town. Now we visit whenever we go to Salzburg. This is a place few tourists visit but those who do are in for a treat. The facts are; Seekirchen...is just a short, cheap and efficient train ride away from Salzburg. Trains run frequently and late. Weintraube is about a 10 minute walk from the station. This is a traditional Austrian restaurant that is frequented by people living in Seekirchen and surrounding area. Während unserer Geschäftsreise in Österreich Salzburg, haben wir nach einem guten traditionellem Gasthaus gesucht und sind mit unseren Kunden in das Gasthaus Hofwirt in Seekirchen Abendessen gegangen. Wir hatten einen echt tollen und schönen Abend! Wir wurden sehr gut beraten, was das Essen und die Weinwahl betrifft! Das Personal dort ist sehr bemüht, freundlich, aufmerksam und mehrsprachig! Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!
Perfekt für ein tolles Mittagsmenü. 2 Gänge mit anschließenden Kaffee kosten 12, 50 EUR. Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Die Portion ist groß. Die Mittagskarte hebt sich von anderen durch die abwechslungsreichen Speisen und Zutaten in der Umgebung ab. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr gutes Mittagsmenü. Ruhiges Ambiente. Nette Bedienung. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Beim Mittagsmenü bereits inkludiert ist auch noch ein Espresso oder normaler Kaffee.
Tolles Restaurant mit jungem freundlichen Team, super Küche und gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder.
