Winewetzels Christmas goose (the second) salty but good. Well, the meat is a bit dry, but there is sauce for it. Before a self-made field salad with croutons and bacon. Very delicious. The goose crispy and beautifully seasoned, the filling juicy fine tasted. The Maron pears compote very sweet and caramelly buttrig, I love it. The monasteries themselves made fluffy red herb with clear cinnamon note, strongly seasoned. Only the sauce salted it to me (again). Unfortunately, monasteries and herb cannot intercept the salt, as even sufficiently seasoned. Very shame. Operation and host very friendly and the goose is presented beforehand.
