I recommend this place very much! I guess the place was busy bec the great chef became the server of our group of six and turned out to be for the best. he's a great, funny guy and he really took care of us. our little talks with him were creepy, so we wanted to take photos with him, but he said we couldn't afford him, lol. no offense taken, we respect his private sphere. the food was just as great and the beer I had recommended was the best in the Swiss! pizzas are one must and my wife loved her bygole. Many thanks that they make our din in experience one of the highlights of our trip to lucern!

It’s the worst hotel at the best location. I stayed here for several days during summer and the hotel is extremely hot and they don’t have AC. The window doesn’t have any protection for mosquitoes so you have to choose between feeding mosquitoes (open the window at night) and getting sweating(closing the window without ac). And I can hardly get into the shower room because it’s too small. Have to keep taking shower with cold water in the small showering room at night to try to fall asleep.
Never go to this place. Racist and discriminating when you have kids. You and your child have to sit all the way behind hidden where no one could see you. Really poor people working here. Should think to replace that old waiter as he is too long and too grouchy to work there. Careful... they are also very nosy on your private stuff. Even you have 2G certificates, they insist only vaccinated people can eat there. Not going to support such places.

Was very good. The pizza was different from what I expected (it was spicy sausage and olives), but it was also better than I expected. Nice and helpful staff too. Only issue was that it was a bit more expensive than I thought.

Waitress was nice, I deffinitely recommend LASAGNE ai funghi (best I've ever had), pizza was fine. Prices were higher, just like everywhere in Luzern.

great food and service since 2006! tourist-friendly, employees speak English. the tomato cream soup is one must.
The starter was good but as for my main course Vitella Tonnato I felt the tuna sauce lacked tuna.
