Weisses Kreuz - Reservar una mesa

as our favorite restaurant had closed, we wanted to eat once in the white cross to dinner. The service was really friendly, also the appetizer very good, a seaweed soup. So we were looking forward to the main course. Once egli filet with potatoes and once the fish plate grilled with vegetables.Egli filet gave it 4 pieces with a little bit of sweet garnish in very much butter and the kartoffels were very natural. I had to return the grilled fish plate, because the scampis were raw and the rest of the various fish were not grilled or too little. The second dish fish was grilled to death and no longer enjoyable. so have only my sweetness eaten in butter sponge and just wanted to pay and go.Why the cook in the holidays? it is not soouo hard to prepare a fish plate, is it?We will never visit this restaurant anymore!

This week, I started in Shanghai from the US, then jumped to Dubai before Prague, Brussels, Olso and now Lyss and the Weisses Kreuz Restaurant. The chateaubriand was divine and the service was good. This is a charming, out of the way restaurant and combination hotel. I feel quite satisfied. Enjoy!
