BEWARE OF THIS OFFICEI had a very negative experience at this orthodontist/dentist office. The staff was not overly friendly, but also not rude. The doctor was defensive and unprofessional.The first visit went well enough. The doctor recommended phase 1 treatment for my 7-year-old child, and the treatment coordinator said she would send the information to the insurance company. However, I never heard back from her.I called after a few weeks and was told by the receptionist when to come in for the next appointment as well as the amount we needed to pay. I never did talk to the treatment coordinator, but we paid and thought we were good to go.At the appointment to put the appliance on my child...

My wife of 55 yrs is in her 4th yr of memory care; I continue to attempt dental care to hopefully make her existence less stressful and to prevent illness through lack of dental care. Her United Health Care is accepted at Weldon Spring Dental and the hygienist that provided a level of care was exceptional. We entered through a side door due to her gait and my wish not to expose her to a busy lobby; the dentist did her best to determine if any major issues were present. The hygienist continued to the best of her effort to clean, polish and add a fluoride treatment for my wife. No medical treatment is easy in dealing with dementia but Weldon Spring Dental gave it's best shot- THX!

This was my first visit to a dentist in many years and I had many issues with with my teeth and gums. I was really nervous and all of staff were so welcoming and treated me with dignity and respect from the front desk,support staff, and the dentist too.

My hygienist was very friendly and gentle. She was very good about explaining every single step. She had a young lady in there doing clinicals. Listening to what she had to say to her, I wouldn't have wanted any other teacher!

The service was nice, but I got multiple crowns from this location and they all turned color even with brushing three times a day after every meal. Disappointed to say the least

I have been going since they opened and they all are so nice and helpful. They explained the treatment plan and cost upfront. Great experience!

I got my tooth pulled by Dr. Lu and he was extremely rough rude and impatient. I do not recommend unless you want a bad experience.

I love the staff there. They treat u like family. I live by ferguson and the drive there is worth it.
