Wellman - Reserva de mesa

We got the prawn appetizer, the veal and bass mains, and the royal chocolate dessert. The proteins were cooked well; the veal was juicy and the bass had a nice crisp. The bass' fennel salad came without a dressing, and was nearly flavorless. The veal sauce was uninteresting possibly lacking acid it reminded me of a TV dinner sauce. The royal chocolate came on a thin biscuit whose texture complemented the flavor, and a raspberry sorbet that while possibly premade worked nicely with the chocolate. The men's bathroom was a lowlight: there were gnats; the faucet (sensor operated) was too high above the sink and the water pressure was too high, making it impossible to wash your hands without spla...

The view was good, the food as well, but the starter (camembert) arrived as a dessert, plus it was expired 4 days ago. Unfortunately we noticed the date written on the behind of the package only after eating it. They didnt try to make it up in any way except saying : Oh sorry. This restaurant is part of the Radisson hotel, so it shouldn’t have this kind of mistakes.

Great service, one that makes you feel like a VIP. The view is awesome and the food was beyond expectations. We tried the Bordeaux rosé and it was a good choice. Would come back 100%.

The food was really tasty and the staff really friendly and professional. Nice view as well! recommend this place. The welllman’s cannelé is definitely worth a try!
