The food was fine but the service most days especially at night is horrible. the female employees are very rude , nasty attitude , rushing customers with their order assuming they are finished , seems to me they don’t like their job. So why be there to make customers feel wrong of something… when it’s clearly something wrong with the employees … come on Wendy’s please hirer respectable employees so they don’t make customers never want come back again seriously .. that’s how they make customers feel I’m sure with the way they speck to customers. Wendys was running a promo for $5 off $20 order with the purchase of a biggie bag. So we ordered 2 bacon double stack biggie bags and a chocolate chunk cookie. Total after taxes and app fees was $18. I tipped the driver in cash $3. (Wendys is only a mile away from my spot) It arrived luke warm at best, both burgers missing the bacon, the wrong frosty flavor and without the cookie. And the portions are for birds. And DoorDash was only willing to credit me $12 of the $21 spent in total. So, I guess Ill be taking my business to Grubhub and McDonalds next time.

October 21th10:59 pmMy family and myself pulled into the drive thur. Lady had a serious attitude like she didn’t want to work there.She rushed us and still got everything wrong on our order! Once at the window . We explained that the order was incorrect! She stated… oh well take that food and next time come earlier! Im really sick of this wendys to the maximum! No longer going back I recommend some place with respect and honer . What a shame. Women with dread locks! Absolutely rude!

Oct 14th 2023 around 4:20pm.Ordered a medium French fries and got to the window... black lady was using cell phone and not taking my card for 3 mins... she finally opened and took my card without any greeting... window closed and Hand over my card and food and still no a single word... no greeting whatsoever... service was terrible... don't recommend this place and fire that employee... 1 of the cleanest wendys I been too and the dbl burger was made perfectly as well as appearance....it was like perfectly made like you'd see on an ad....the way we all want our food to look, sorry I didn't get a picture of it but it was perfect!!

Stopped in after a concert in Philadelphia Late night crispy chicken sandwich.BEST SANDWICH I HAD IN 4EVER!Fries were cold, nuggets cold BUT...The chicken sandwich was fresh and so hot I had to pace myself lol

Not happy. Jr. Cheeseburger was burnt, shadow of tomato and scant piece of cheese, nothng like the picture. Couldnt even eat without the roll. Never oder again Wendy.
