Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at Wendy’s last week when items were missing from my order. I called the restaurant when I got home and the lady kindly told me she would replace the items, and could pick them up whenever I chose.The next day I went to place a new order and asked for the three missing items from yesterday and she informed me the manager would have to review, the camera footage -on Monday -I work in a kitchen and can understand things get overlooked or forgotten , but I’ve never been told a manager spends time reviewing cameras to ensure accuracy of $10 worth of product.I proceeded to order anyway , and when I get home there were items missing again!I never returned for...

I've been to this restaurant over 20 times since I moved here, and I have yet to leave satisfied or receive the correct food for what I paid. The staff during the evenings and weekends are mostly young teens who don’t seem to pay attention to orders. Even when they repeat the order back at the window saying "no problem," I still end up with the wrong items. They frequently serve old meat in sandwiches and wraps, and when I specifically request extra lettuce, I receive just a tiny leaf, despite being charged for the additional amount they never actually provide. It seems like they all need retraining, especially in customer service, which is lacking.

I dropped by for a #3 combo, which includes a triple burger with no tomato and extra onions, along with fries and a drink. My friend ordered the deluxe burger combo with extra onions as well. The meal was fantastic—satisfying and without any messy dishes to clean up afterward! It’s our go-to spot for a little indulgence now and then. It's perfect for the whole family or even just for a lunch break; they’re always happy to make your visit enjoyable!

Wendy's offers the most reliable food in the area. I can't recall ever having a Wendy's item that tasted different from the last time I ordered it. The burgers are always fresh, and the fries are just the right amount of salty. Prices are typical for fast food, but you can usually find a coupon somewhere. They also have great ice cream. The new BBQ onion ring bacon cheeseburger was disappointing. There were no actual onion rings, just tiny bits of onion rings that weren't sufficient at all. It just didn't live up to expectations.

Went in for 2 dave's single cheeseburgers came out with a double bacon burger and frosty thanks to the reward app. Service was fast, friendly and professional.

They recently started serving breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a great option for a quick meal on the go, and the food was really good.

I tried the new breakfast croissant sandwich from Wendy's, and it was loaded with bacon!

Used drive through. Person at window was very friendly. Food was just warm, not hot.
