The absolute worst visit to any fast food place ever. The girl on the counter was clearly new or just lost. Nobody greeted us or offered to take our order at all. The lobby was a disaster. There was a huge pool of soda all over the floor. The garbage cans were overflowing. There was fries and nuggets and napkins and debris all over the floor. The tables were all filthy. When after an extremely long wait we finally got our food it was wrong! I asked for a manager who was some teenage boy with an attitude. The first girl looked like she was just dumbfounded and just kind of walked back and forth holding wrapped burgers in her hands looking like she was about to cry. She ultimately gave up and...
Went through the drive thru tonight. Placed our order. Paid. As we were leaving out of the drive we noticed were short a medium fry. Pulled in the front and lobby was locked. I called and explained the situation and that we weren’t given a receipt to know if what we paid for. The guy on the phone told me they assumed we wanted our order a certain way and that we were charged correctly. No clarification or apologies. I hung up the phone and found out sandwich was not made per order specifications. Absolutely astounded by this entire transaction. 30 minute wait in line for this. Never again.
Ordered takeout for a sorry looking excuse for a burger, and no sauces or drink for my combo, which was 15 dollars. Took 90 minutes. If this place can't even make sure their combos go out with a drink, let alone sauces for an order with lots of nuggets(14), I wouldn't trust it for anything useful. It took too long and the food looked pitiful. The food is whatever, it's fast food, but at least do it quickly! Never coming to this place again. I hope it gets better trained staff or maybe treats them better so they do a better job.
Went through the drive through, about a ten minute wait. Ordered our food, looked fine on the screen, and then found out partway home the burgers were made wrong (both covered in sauce when we asked for plain). No biggie, went back and waited in line again to get them remade. Lady at the window handed them to us and shut the window immediately- got all the way home only to find multiple long bright red hairs in one of the burgers! Sooo gross

I usually love the chili at Wendy's and Sunday I decided to go buy 3 large chilis, will when we got home and opened them up there was no beans, no meat, nothing only the sauce. If they would have told me they were out, I would have gone back some other time. Very disappointed! And I live pretty far and didn't want to go back and ask for refund just threw them away!
At 9:00 a.m., we ordered a breakfast sausage sandwich, potatories and hot coffee. The potato frits where great; the sandwich was very dry, but tasty; the coffee was almost warm and tasty. Only two customers in the restaurant and the service were scarcely slow because the employees were too busy to socialize with each other. You'll never return.
I think they are extremely short staffed. Lines long. Ordered for pickup for asap. Doors locked so you can't check on your order. They didn't answer the phone. Food never came. Almost waited 30 minutes before I left. They used to be extremely fast.
I haven't been to Wendy's in a couple of years because they have changed for the worst over time.

Not much has changed since the other reviews were writtenWish I would've consulted these first.
I would never recommend this Wendy's location to anyone if it was the last place on earth.
