who am I talking to? my whole family had food poisoning after eating nuggets and burgers from this business Sunday. my chicken sandwich smells like it was bad and I couldn't finish it, the nuggets and daves doubly smell not so my man and the children ended it, but they all have stomach problems since Sunday not in the position to eat something. it did not prevent me from ending it. Thank you for being pregnant. what is not going on with this personal that they do not review their flesh before they serve the costumers? smh
Customer service sucks . Had to wait like 25 min for fries . Cashier said online orders to the side didn’t even consider to communicate . The line for online orders were delayed with backed up orders so instead of assisting us and give us fries they said we had to WAIT till Uber eats and grubhub deliveries go out first .No Bueno ??. All the time my fries were sitting there cold .absolutely unacceptable.
Fast eat is great. Staying in the countryside means it’s hard for me and my family to get our fave McDonald’s or kfc but fast eat has solved that for us. Delivery is relatively quick and the customer service team are amazing. Wendy's, out of all the fast food restaurants is my favourite. Best nuggets by far and best sauces in taste compared to all, that includes shake shack and chick fil a. (My opinion). However this location has to be oneof the more disorganized ones I've visited. Just incredible long wait for your order and few reps that give good customer service.

placed a seamless order on Sunday 20 March 2022. Whoever commanded him just threw him together. no utensils though I asked them. How to leave chili no spoon? also no cracker. not even serviettes. I can't contact her directly, no one answered the phone. they skip this innocence they don't seem to care for their customers.
How is it I ordered a large chili and u don't place my utensil with my order ....I'm traveling....how am I suppose to eat it while it's still warm,,...cause it's not hot ! Consider remembering to place the utensil. This is disturbing, as my appetite grows on me I become irritable, ....don't play wit a man stomach.
I work over night layer in mount sinai hospital. I ordered to eat and let him go. I am absolutely disgusting with the fact that there was a small fly at the bottom of my salats. I am angry and disgusting!
Had a good Wendy's experience. Plenty of space to sit. Chili, baked potato, and baconator were good. Bathroom was clean.
