Utterly chaotic! It was clear that some of the staff had partaken a bit too much, as the strong smell of marijuana was quite overwhelming. They appeared dazed and unsure of how to manage the situation. Both the drive-thru and lobby were packed with customers. I want to give a special shoutout to the light-skinned young man at the front register—he deserves a pay raise! He was the only one with the communication and leadership skills necessary to get the team organized. He made sure that everyone received the correct orders and helped to speed up the process. It's really frustrating that he had to take on the responsibility of managing coworkers who were too impaired to perform their jobs eff...

Unfortunately, he seemed to have to babysit adults who were so out of it that they couldn't manage their responsibilities.
This restaurant is quite disappointing. The customer service leaves much to be desired. At the drive-thru, they just say "go ahead" without offering any helpful information. Instead of telling you your total, they instruct you to pull forward. After that, you find yourself waiting not only for your food but sometimes even just for them to recognize you and hand over your drink.
I usually don't eat at Wendy's, but my kids really enjoy it and are big fans. The staff, especially the women at the front counter, delivered excellent service. Our food was served quickly, which was a nice surprise. What stood out to me the most was the all-female team; I thought that was wonderful.

The staff at the window were rude, and there was broken equipment. I was unable to pay with a debit card at the first window, and there was no way to verify my order or see the total. I also couldn't get a receipt, and they were out of chili.
The food was delicious. However, the chair was quite sticky, causing my shirt to cling to it. The floor around the table was also tacky, and I could feel my shoes sticking to the ground as I made my way to the counter.
I went to pick up food at the window, and I noticed the woman at the window scratching her head and hair. I was quite dissatisfied with the service and have decided not to return to this restaurant.
The service was somewhat slow, and the staff member who took my order didn't seem very attentive, resulting in an incorrect order.

The dining area was dirty and not well-kept. The chili was unappetizing, and the staff was rather unwelcoming.
I often visit this Wendy's in Little Rock and really enjoy their food. I come here two to three times a week.
