I arrived at this location hoping to order ten beef burgers with lettuce instead of bread as buns. I had a question about the patties not containing flour, as I had seen online, and asked for confirmation or a nutrition guide. The staff was unable to provide any information and were quite rude about it. The manager, Lita, refused to take my order and asked me to leave. This review is addressed to Ashley, assuming that's their name. They seem self-entitled with poorly dyed hair and likely violate health codes with their fake nails. Their habit of gossiping and lying to coworkers causes constant delays when they are working. The front end staff are working hard while Ashley sits back and gossips. I feel sorry for their coworkers.

Overall, everything was fine. I arrived late at night around 10 pm. However, the service was subpar. The woman working in the drive-thru did not greet me or say a word when I reached the window. She also lacked any customer service skills.
