I am so upset. I love Wendy’s but I need them to get my order right. All I wanted was plain crispy chicken sandwich and I didn't get it. I got two other kinds of chicken sandwiches. Then what made me even more mad is that I tried to call to talk about how my order was messed up but the phone just beeped. Like the phone was disconnected! No ringing, no voicemail, nothing. So now I have to drive all the way back with cold food to hopefully get my order fixed. I wanted fast food. Not complicated food. I hate when my order is wrong because then I have to return to the location after driving home (when I should just be enjoying my meal) and I have to ask for new food. And I’m not trying to waste food but now that I came back I want the whole order replaced. I don’t want my cold fries with my fresh sandwich… Please check your orders when the customer is placing the order and please try to be careful packing the order. I don’t care if it takes longer if I am getting what I paid for and what I expected to get.
