Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

What a joke this place was! The lobby doors are locked 6pm, so you have no choice but to use the drive thru. I had to repeat my order to the idiot at the speaker, not once, but 3 times! I still came back to find the 2 burgers and fries far from warm and they had to be reheated. They got 1 burger absolutely wrong. The only thing they managed to pull off was a perfectly cold Frosty drink. ??‍ Zero points for the effort, it’s supposed to be cold!!! Glad I had dinner before hand, I certainly wouldn’t want to see what else they could’ve screwed up.

Went to the drive through during peak hours. It wasn’t very busy and now I know why, the locals must know something I didn’t. The food was barely edible, obviously had been sitting out for hours in one case. Burnt in others, didn’t think that was possible at a Wendy’s. Hands down the worst Wendy’s or fast food experience I’ve had in a very long while.

Went to order and nobody was at the drive thru, then I went inside and everyone had cell phones in hand, finnaly someone went to ring me out. But they had such a bad look on thier face and was so rude I had to walk out. I will not go back here if this is how they operate I don't recommend.

The Manager Stacy was great I was in a rush and here team was on point and got me my order fast place was clean and food was Hot had a great
