Clarence is an incredibly unprofessional team member! This individual completely lacks the joy of serving customers at Wendy's. While we were picking up our order, she used foul language towards my husband and me. Her attitude was appalling, and her behavior towards paying customers is unacceptable. We felt the need to check our food to ensure it hadn't been tampered with. I definitely do not recommend this location.
The manager at this restaurant was quite rude to us. The food we received was undercooked, and when we brought it back, he made us wait and seemed displeased with our complaint. When we returned the food a second time, he told us to just throw the sandwich away if we were unhappy.
I had a wonderful experience at Wendy's. The drive-thru service is efficient, the ingredients are fresh, and its convenience makes it one of the top late-night dining choices, especially from 11 PM onward. When compared to other fast-food chains, the prices are quite reasonable.
The food is good and fresh, but I felt hurried when placing my order, and they wouldn't accept my coupon. However, after I finished my meal and was getting ready to leave, the manager approached me to refund the coupon amount in cash. Reserva una mesa ahora
I truly enjoy this restaurant. The nighttime staff is incredibly friendly, they consistently get my order exactly right, and they're very efficient! Every visit is a delightful experience.
I ordered a Wendy's grilled chicken wrap. The chicken was salty, but that's a Wendy's corporate issue, but the service was prompt.
