On February 27th, a 13-year-old boy waited 36 minutes for his order, only to be told it was burnt. The staff did not seem to care; they were busy chatting amongst themselves, failing to greet customers and displaying a reluctant attitude towards service. It felt as if they were trying to rush us out of the restaurant. When a manager came over, instead of addressing the issue, he defended the employees and insisted they were doing their jobs correctly.

I frequently find items missing from my order when I drive off. I've received potatoes without sour cream and meals without fries. Please stop claiming everything is in the bag when you hand it over without checking! Also, the Diet Coke never tastes like it should—maybe the machines aren’t cleaned or they're mixing it with seltzer. Either way, I recommend avoiding this place entirely.
Everytime I go inside I'm standing there for more than 5 minutes and no one says anything. I was there today January 18, 2024 and after 5 minutes no one came to take my order. I said is anyone gonna take my order and no one said anything so I walked out. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS WENDY'S AGAIN!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! This wendys is great! I eaten in other webdys and the staff are not happy there. Service is slow and not a good experience. At this wendys I would come even if it's out of my way! Grat location ,staff and food always

They cool but would be much better with less attitude especially at the drive through they don’t even let finish your order. That’s why they always get it wrong.
After going through the drive thru. I was asked to wait for the staff to bring the food out to me. It was not fast food, and my order was not correct.
The Pretzel Baconator is fantastic, but make sure to double-check your order before you leave the drive-thru!
