Will never go to Wendy 's again. Just stopped for a couple frosties with my daughter and son. The moron at the widow couldn 't be bothered to out the cups all the way into the caddy and then dumped 3 frosties in my lap passing them from the windows to my car. Instead of doing anything about it or even apologizing the douche bag closed the window and walked away while I was dealing with the mess he made of me and my car.Now with their surge pricing they are about to implement you can bet Wendy 's I 'd permanently off my families menu. Screw that location and the company as a whole. It 's done nothing but get more expensive, with worse food and service for years and years.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. The staff's attitudes were unprofessional, and it seems like the workers on the last Wednesday night shift really need to be addressed. They not only gave away my order but have done so multiple times. If you're the franchise owner and reading this, I want to emphasize how serious I am about this issue—these employees should be let go immediately. It's frustrating to see them negatively affecting your establishment, and it's time for action to be taken.
I was really disappointed with my experience. The food was cold, and it shouldn't matter that it was 45 minutes before closing time; it should still be hot. I feel like I wasted my money. On top of that, they were out of everything I wanted, which makes me think they might have started cleaning up and throwing things away early. I won't be returning, and I recommend not wasting your money here. Instead, consider going to Sheetz for late-night options.
I'm baffled by this Wendy's location. They should offer an option for zero stars for service, food, and atmosphere. The only thing we got were liquid Frostys and a nasty attitude from the cashier. When I asked to speak to a manager, they told me I should lower my expectations because they have young employees. Even though I live nearby, I think I’ll drive a bit farther to find a Wendy’s where the staff knows how to run a business properly.

Charged $33 dollars on this order and they sent 2 sandwiches (like this) 2 drinks and 2 fries everything else missing…called them and someone answers the phone twice (doesnt speak) breathes in the phone for a few seconds then hangs up…be careful placing
