Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

1 hour+ wait for a mobile order, and rude customer service. I've tried it several times thinking it was possibly a bad shift, but every time, it was a pathetic joke of a service. Also, everyone in my vehicle overheard one employee saying she didn't care about the customers in line, and was counting on them leaving, while there was no one at the counter inside.

No toilet paper in ladies restroom. No place to hang purse. No grilled chicken sandwich, only grilled chicken wrap. When I asked if the chicken nuggets were real chicken breast chunks or pressed chicken, the employee said she wasn’t allowed to give out that information. What an effing joke!

I really wanted to rate this restaurant higher, but the food consistently arrives cold and is unappetizing in appearance. I gave it two stars instead of one because the prices are quite affordable.

They always have some sort of problem… they don’t have system to pay with a card or they don’t have more than half the things listed in the menu and the floor was stick. Reserva una mesa ahora

I visited the restaurant today, May 10, 2023. I ordered two “5 for $4” deals with double stacks, but instead received regular cheeseburgers. I was quite disappointed.

Food was terrible. Chili was way too spicy. Restaurant was filthy. Almost every table was dirty. The floor was disgusting and slippery. Bathrooms were not clean.

This has to be the cleanest Wendy's I have ever been in. Smelled clean and looked clean. No sticky floors from mopping. Customer service was great as well.

The restaurant was dirty (floor and tables). Hamburger horrible, the taco salad... so so.
