Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

I placed an order on the Wendy's app for drive-thru pick-up. When I arrived at the drive-thru speaker, no one greeted us or offered assistance for about 2-3 minutes. After backing up and returning, someone finally helped us, but we were told to go inside for our mobile order. Inside, we found two other customers waiting for their food. The staff seemed disorganized and unable to fulfill orders efficiently. After waiting 15 minutes, multiple customers had issues with their orders and had to come inside for assistance. It took us about 20 minutes to receive our meal, and when we got home, we realized that only one out of three orders was correct. This was the worst fast food experience I've ever had, a complete waste of time and money. I tried to contact Wendy's chat support, but there were no agents available.

The food was terrible. The burger meat appeared to be microwaved and the fries were limp and unappetizing.
