I ordered at the drive , a10pc nugget meal for my granddaughter, the was fresh and hot. Here?s my issue my 8yr old granddaughter bit down on a small gold ball earring that could have broken her tooth, so I called to speak with the manager about thesituation. I didn?t want anymore food. I just wanted him tell have his staff be careful when wearing jewelry that was going tobe it until he got rude with me. This guy that supposed to be the manager name Randy was Very rude and didn?t have a care inthe world. I called the store back to get Randy?s full name and store number. Now no one will answer the phone. He basicallytold me I put the earring in my baby fries smh. 10:25pm 11/25/22
Terrible and slow service from unfriendly staff. While it's fast food and I don't expect much in terms of service, the quality of the food is unacceptable. I stopped by for a quick lunch during my break and ordered a salad that was absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was brown and wilted, the tomatoes were mushy, and even the parmesan cheese was soggy. There's no way this should be served to any customer. It clearly looked like it was prepared several days ago. Due to the slow drive-thru service, I didn’t have time to get something else, and I didn’t bother returning it. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the risk of getting something worse, like food poisoning.
I stopped here because Chic fil a was crowded as usual, the food was fresh and delivered fast. The other day I received a photo ticket in the mail, when I passed Chic fil a to go bach to Wendy's,I took King Arnold St. off Dogwood passed the school got thephoto ticket at Clair St. When driving toward the school drive 15mph through the school zone or you will be ticketed.
The service at this location is usually pretty average, not great but nothing worth complaining about. Tonight the staff let a line of cars wait for 20+ minutes only to tell us all they weren't taking anymore orders. I got in line at 10:30 and got to thespeaker at 10:55. They close at midnight. No explanation, no apologies.

Customer service was amazing. Not only that, but I had both an Uber eats order and got something for myself, and I feel like lightning moves slower than these guys prepared both orders. If I?m in the neighborhood, I?d absolutely get food from thisparticular Wendy?s.
Ordered drive thru. Taco salad. Single cheeseburger LG Tea, Got a reg.salad cheeseburger 2 LG. Teas. No salsa no chips no napkins no straws no sour cream when they gave me 2drinks they said I had to take it, it was already made.
This location is so much more precise with your order than the other Hapeville location. The food is fresh and service is fast. They don't run out of food or drinks.
Wendy's is a great choice when you need a quick meal, and if you're lucky, you might even enjoy hot, fresh fries from their menu.
