Have only ever ordered online and done pickup but everytime I go the order is 100% accurate. Food has always been fresh and well made. Fast service and great bang for your buck. A little tough to get in and out of at peak hours onto Spencer but it's doable. Oh and just in case you over shoot the entrance or have a change of mind, spankys is right next door. And one last thing, at the very back of this Wendy's there is a huge field of grass. You can park right under a shaded tree and have a burger and let the kids run wild and play. No danger as it's far from street and adjacent to a gated lot. Enjoy!
I've only ever ordered online and picked up my food, but each time my order has been spot on. The meals are always fresh and cooked to perfection. The service is quick, and you definitely get your money's worth. It can be a bit tricky to get in and out during peak hours, but it’s manageable. Also, if you happen to pass by and if they’re not too busy, Spanky's is right next door. One last thing: behind Wendy's, there's a huge grassy field where you can park under a shaded tree, enjoy a burger, and let the kids run around and play. It's safe because it’s far from the road and next to a gated area!
The girl who works the drive-thru and front counter is so impressive! I wish I could remember her name. She has long braids, possibly with clips, and wears glasses. She's incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful, which made my experience much better given my budget. I really appreciate her hard work, and it's clear that she has a strong grasp of customer service and business at such a young age. As always, I give this place 5 stars!
If your going to eat here always double check your food. This place is really bad about not having everything that you order. If you order more then 2 combos at a time it's a guarantee that something will be wrong. If you try talking to them regarding the issue. The night manager has every excuse in the world just to try and shut you up. Hopefully the store manager has better customer service.

The staff here are incredibly warm and welcoming. The management is also commendable. I appreciate that they crack fresh eggs in the morning for breakfast rather than pouring pre-packaged eggs onto the grill. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5.
They got us the wrong order, then they took the other food back, gave us the right order, but, didn't change the frits? and Nuggets, they were cold, I just walked... Food: 1/5
The service was very slow. The food was Wendys. It's okay if you want something cheap. That's the only thing that keeps me back. Food: 4/5
You always forget about your order, especially if you do it, a delivery person and they always have a bad attitude with them incredible!!!

The hamburgers we got today were cold and old. The bun was hard and the meat was dry. Only thing that was good was the nuggets and fries
The food was great hot and delicious. The veggies on the burger looked fresh. The fries were hot and not salty.
