I went to order a drink and a Dave's single. Since my voice doesn't always carry well, the man at the counter asked if I wanted chocolate. I clarified that I just wanted a drink and a single, trying to speak more clearly. His response was, “You don’t have to get smart about it! People!” It took me a moment to process what he had really said, and he continued to give me a look while he prepared my burger. I understand that dealing with the public can be challenging, but as a therapist, I always make an effort to communicate with kindness. It seems like this team could benefit from some morning meditation and a few deep breaths.
Why does every burger order default to a cheeseburger. 9 times out of 10 I order a Daves single or double. With cheese is a separate line on the menu. Most times I even mention at least twice NO CHEESE as my wife does NOT want cheese on her burgers. I think only once in 6 years weve been together have I got a proper burger for from Wendys. Its not only wendys all of the Big 3 burger places have the same issue.
Gave me the wrong order first, then I go in to get it correct. Management handle me well. Courtesy was great, timing was great… I get to where I had to go for lunch…. And my order was still not correct… the sandwich maker did not put bacon on the Asiago chicken sandwich. The regular spicy was supposed to be light mayo, the sandwich maker gave me ONLY light mayo. She kills the score board.
I also tried this store, but the result was the same. The app didn’t work, and the managers are not permitted to override the system, even if you show them it’s malfunctioning, even though the coupon applies to everyone. It's completely ineffective.

The French fries were as if they had been out all night. They definitely needed CPR. The rest of my order was just okay. I really miss when restaurants cared about quality food at a good cost. I feel like those days are sadly gone.
I order a baconator doble and I receive a Dave’s single with bacon, and I really hate the pickles and the onion for that reason I order a baconator. They have to be careful, and also the person that is tailing the order is too
This is the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. The staff were rude, and they closed the lobby earlier than expected.
Good service and most of the time the food tastes really good
