Since the dining room was closed, I sat outside near my car when the manager came out and informed me that they had my food ready and invited me to come inside to eat while it was still hot, especially since I was having a rough day. I appreciated that gesture and decided to sit inside to enjoy my meal while waiting for the tow truck.
She really didn’t have to go out of her way like that, but her friendliness and thoughtfulness made a big difference to me. I already visited Wendy’s from time to time, but after this experience, I plan to go there much more often.
I visited the Manchester drive-thru recently, and I was quite frustrated by my experience. The attendant interrupted me at least twice while I was placing my order to shout at a coworker in the background, which was very unprofessional. Additionally, we were disappointed to discover that the dining room was closed, as we had come out for a day trip and were hoping to eat inside.
I can't recall the specifics of my order, but I remember it was something I really wanted. The charming young man at the window took the regular milkshake I had ordered and upgraded it to a huge one that fit into their oversized soda cups. It was an enormous milkshake! He was a friendly young man, and we shared a good laugh.
The doors are locked every other day even though they’re supposed to close at 3 PM. The night shift staff is not good at all. I’ve paid for extra sauces, but they don’t even include them in the bag, and they serve old food. I won't be returning to this location.

Nice people, delicious food. Basic burgers are very simple, but if you get a chance to have an advanced burger, they go out. I like her old pommes better, but new ones are not so bad. Asked for Iced Tea but got Hi C instead. Not the end of the world.
Terrible experience! Every time I order without cheese, it seems like the cooks can't follow instructions. The food itself is fine, but they still add cheese. They really need to pay attention to the orders.
The checkout was very nice and very friendly in the food was good and made fast Oh, they have great specials now. Clean and comfortable to the shopping areas.
The food was hot and fresh. The person at the window mentioned that they were out of strawberries. I will definitely visit again.
