Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

I want to start off and say that there were eight employees working. I ordered a mobile order through the Wendy's app. I waited 8 minutes in the parking lot before I went in to get it. I walked in and stood there for 2 minutes before one person acknowledged that I was even there. When the girl at the counter finally acknowledged me, she just looked at me and didn't say any words. I told her I had a mobile order and I told her my name and she said hold on a second and walked away. Then I watched as she took four buckets of ice over to the drive-thru window. She continued to walk around doing nothing really. It had been about another 8 minutes and then she finally said oh I see your order now...

This was a very unprofessional non friendly experience and she had a manager shirt on dont acknowledge we are standing there just continue to have conversation with colleague then finally she said what you want fries were over cooked had to have her make drinks almost all drinks were out in dining area no napkins no straws asked for baked potatoes she said they got burnt and it's lunch time they had people right around and over food area fixing leaks they didn't have nothing on their heads she didn't either long braids no gloves working with fries long nails just really bad service very food tasted like it was refried I also had to go to bathroom immediately after I ate this food something...

They are always out of something, the credit card machine is down every other time we go. When you eat inside everyone is so nice. If you go through the drive thru it’s attitude the whole time. I really think management needs to be more involved and on top of things. Seems as though the young people that work there run the place.

Went there at 12:45 they close at 1, no one talked in the drive through so I went to the window, employees were hiding from me and ran to shut the lights lol

The management and employees here are a train wreck. At least the food is good, but that's more on wendy's as a whole than this location.
