Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

Bone shakingly slow. Legit. If this was the same speed of service in Scarborough or Markham, a violent fight would've broken out. This place is severely understaffed and prioritize drive thru while leaving the inside customers standing there. It takes the person at least 5 8 minutes to GET the order from one customer, and another 3 5 to put together the order. I've seen faster service at a HK cafe to be completely honest. And to be fair it's not 100% their fault... some customers are so slow with their answers and reactions, i wonder if it is their first time ever ordering at a fast food joint. The only good thing is the food quality is always consistent and fresh and the special coke machin...

I went to the place of wendy to eat for my family. While I expected that the service is slow, what I did not expect was to watch who I suspect is a manager or supervisor who only screamed frustrating to the other staff. this lady is older with a tattoo on the left side of her neck. this environment is not pleasant to sit and if I would bring my children to this place, I would not stay to eat. I propose a kind of customer service/sensitivity training. it was very uncomfortable to be close to this lady, let alone I cannot imagine how it would be to work with her. everyone has bad days, seems that this lady has a bad day every day.

The food is great but they haven't put the right systems in place to execute their new breakfast menu effectively. Wait times are all the more critical when you have people trying to grab something quickly on their way to work and waiting 10 minutes at the speaker before having your order taken when there's only a single customer ahead of you isn't good enough. Bite the bullet and find more staff to ramp up your breakfast shift guys. You're losing customers to wait times even though your food is preferred over other places.

The food was good, but the experience was quite disappointing. I went to pick up my order on a weekday, and what appeared to be the manager was yelling at his employees during lunch. It was really upsetting to witness. There was a young man working the register who seemed new and was trying to learn the ropes. Whenever he asked for help, the manager responded in a rude tone with sarcastic comments. It was disheartening to see, and I probably won't be returning to this restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

We sat in the drive thru with no one else in line and waited for 15 minutes to be served. And even after all of that they didnt include our ordered and paid for chicken nuggets, gave us fries we didn’t order, and messed up our sauces. They didn’t even apologize for the delay, we thought it would be a quick way to get dinner before our scheduled appointments for the evening, guess we were terribly mistaken. Very poor service.

The washroom sign asked to inform the staff if cleaning was required. With the soap dispenser empty and paper towel over flowing the bin, I thought I would kindly inform the lady taking my order. I felt I was being a nuisance to her as she rolled her eyes and a gave strange look to her co- worker, neither said anything to me. Oh well! I did my part, I guess Wendys don’t live by what they say.

Worst drive thru service in Newmarket. Always extremely short staffed. It is not uncommon to wait 20-30 minutes or more in the drive thru lane to order get your food. If you order on the mobile app and prepay you can't even leave the drive thru line after waiting for ages. When you politely mention the long wait the staff snaps at you. So bad.

Worst Wendy's of all time. Super slow. Understaffed. Food often cold. They don't even have a dine in service. They say fresh never frozen, then explain to me why I turned around immediately to return a frozen baconator. I would minus stars if I could Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was decent, and I enjoyed how my dish was prepared. However, the breakfast options weren't really to my taste; they felt a bit bland. The coffee also didn’t have a great flavor, possibly because it was the last bit from the pot.

As always, the service here is quick and friendly. They rarely make mistakes, especially when it comes to order changes. The daytime staff appears to be well-organized and well-trained, consistently providing excellent service.
